Valley Stream Pediatrics

"I have been going here since I was a kid. I honestly was supposed to change my doctor 2 months ago but i needed a physical and some labs for a job that I want to get. I go in November 7th for an appointment I called the day before to see if they do titers and the receptionist informed me that they do. I go in I get my physical and tell me to go to lab corp next door for the labs. Which was an inconvenience because I was informed they do it there. The PA tells me they do not and if I go next door I should have my labs back in a day. BOOM Wednesday passes. Thursday passes they have not called me back. I called the Friday the receptionist informs me that there is no labs here and to call back Saturday. WHICH IN FACT THEY ARE CLOSED. This is when I have to take things into my own hands because they were not going to call me for my papers. I go to the office Monday November 13th which is today and they still don’t have the results. Send me to lab corp for the results and they inform me they do not give lab results back they send it to the pediatricians office. This is a whole run around for my labs and there is no communication. This is by far the worst experience I have had with a doctors office. I will not be coming back they are very unprofessional and don’t know what they are talking about. One person says one thing and someone else says another. I should have been started my other job but thanks to this business I can’t because no one can get to the bottom of giving me my lab. Thanks a lot."

"My daughters and I love their pediatricians Dr. Berman and Dr. Lashely. Both are amazing doctors . We have seen both. Currently we are seeing Dr. Berman. She is an exceptional doctor. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and very caring. My girls feel very comfortable around her. She answers all concerns, questions and never rushes you out. We are so happy to have found valley stream Pediatric’s my kids have been going there since birth and they are teens now and will go there for many more years. My nieces and nephews go there as well. We all love them ."

"Took my newborn to see Dr.Berman for the first time , positive experience, friendly staff, I like the fact that when you call this office someone answers quite quickly and effortlessly. Will be keeping Dr.Berman as my son’s Pediatric doctor! Waiting room kept clean and clutter free, exam room floors can use some cleaning but that’s about it!!!! Great office! Great staff! Tiffany was really amazing with my son! I hope we continue to have the same experience, overtime! I saw previous feedbacks that there is a decline in patient care for some parents. However I hope that we receive the same care on a consistent basis!!!"
