"wow! I really do not understand all the negative reviews. Both my children were patients at national pediatrics since they were born. Expect long wait times because Corona is very congested and overcrowded in general. For the past 4 years I been living in a different borough but will be relocating back to queens by the end of the year. I will be returning to National Pediatrics as per my childrens request. Their doctor was Paul Gonzalez and they love him as do I. His sense of humor and bedside manner is so Incredibly humble. He is very caring and truly cares with his whole heart to his pediatric patients. We are looking forward to returning soon when we move back. All the best to Dr Paul Gonzalez and his staff ❤"

"Unfortunately I could not rate this place 0 stars to this place, it has been the worst bunch of staff I have ever witnessed in my life. I do not recommend this place its full of unprofessional doctors. The staff here don’t know how to treat their patients with respect starting off by the ladies at the front desk who look like they have no desire to their job. This place would be a lot better if all the current staff were no longer present. I suggest coming to this place if you would like to waste your time :)"

"My brother comes here to see his doctor for regularly visits. And even in cases of emergencies when he is sick. We call and they take him. Or cases when he does walk in and they take him. But this time this lady was refusing which I totally understand because there’s appointments etc that need to be done. But she was giving horrible attitude. She should be a bit more understanding in cases like this especially when he is a loyal patient. No need to be all loud and mean about it."

"If I could I would of gave 0 stars. I have been bringing my son for over 11 years now and I recently brought my son and my sibling for a physical check and the nurse here was so nasty and rude. I had asked her if My son and my sibling were able to be seen together since they had the appointment together but one of the nurses thought it was 3 kids and she was so rude so I told her what 3 kids and then this other nurse tried to to talk down to me thinking I was a minor and telling me to shut up & when I told her to talk to me well because I am talking to her well, one of the young receptionist that had like white hair and glasses was giving me attitudes just because I told the nurse to talk well ! They are some really rude and nasty and unprofessional ladies"

"I do not recommend this place. I took my siblings here a couple of days ago and I do not find it appropriate for Doctors to be telling 6 year olds that they shouldn’t be eating junk food at all and they should start exercising, first of all I believe that’s a conversation you should have with the parent without the child hearing, do you not know that can lead to eating disorders ? at 6 years old it’s not healthy !, and the fact that my little sister is not even “big” whatever doctors now a days Believe that is and for her age she is a bit taller. Plus you wait forever in the waiting room and sometimes when they call you in with the doctor you still end up waiting more time."
