"They literally make you sign a form thats says you will pay for a refraction when its covered by insurance but then they still bill you for it and unless you argue with them they bill you $60 for the refraction which is a standard part of an eye exam..it seems very suspicious and in my opinion fraudulent when it comes to insurance billing practices."

"Two of my children are patients here (one has strabismus and one with an hemangioma on her eyelid) and we would never go anywhere else. The staff, namely Lisa, Dr Del Rosario and Dr Koty, and all of the lovely women who work in the front, are ALWAYS incredibly attentive, kind, and truly go out of their way to accommodate. They’re so lovely with the kids. I am shocked that there are any reviews less than 5 stars here. I highly recommend bringing your child here!!!!"

"First of all, all thanks to the staff who gave me urgent appointment for my daughter means adjusted me in busy schedule. Very helpful and cooperative reception. Secondly, i am grateful to Dr. Eric who saw my daughter. He did her eye examination so patiently and thoroughly. Really appreciate it. My go to pediatric ophthalmologist office."

"Not understanding all the bad reviews, I brought my 14 month old back in January and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. My son isn’t the easiest when it comes to doctors and they were extremely patient when they were doing the eye exam. The girls at the front desk were so nice and friendly ! I highly recommend. We are going back for our follow up very soon!"
