"Do not go here. I had called 3 times trying to speak to a nurse and every time, I never got a call back AND was told by the receptionist that my son’s file was pushed back/not seen. Never once got a call back regarding my son’s health. 3 times I called and never received a call back. Neglectful and just horrible."

"Office staff is completely rude and act like you are killing people when you need them to finish paperwork, with deadlines, for other agencies singularly for their patient's (my child's)benefit."

"We've been going to Oneida Pediatrics since my youngest was born (10 years) and just love the office staff and the physician's here! Everyone is always kind and courteous and actually make an effort to accommodate a family's needs. The physicians listen and actually care about their patients and we've never been left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. After the numerous horror stories I have heard about other pediatricians offices and experiences that I've had at other medical offices where staff can often be difficult and unpleasant to deal with, we are SO THANKFUL to have our kiddos with Oneida Pediatrics!"

"Unfortunately this place is in dire need of a major update. The facility is outdated. They still use a triple beam scale to weigh! I found the exam rooms to be dirty and run down. The walls were disgusting and the baseboards were filthy. There was no hygienic paper on the exam table! There was no sink in the exam room. I was unsure if the pediatrician sanitized his hands before examining my son. I will say the pediatrician was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. However, this was not enough to make us patients here. I would not recommend this facility to anyone."

"DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! With my son they did not know the vaccines well enough and when I came back to give him the rotateq vaccine they told me he couldn't get it because "we" missed the deadline. Every single time my kids are sick we are waiting to be seen for AT LEAST an hour!!! People walk out and leave because they are fed up. Today I was one of those people. After waiting for exactly one hour, a nurse walked in and asked the woman who came in after me what time she had to be at work and that she would see what she could do... Well, she let her go ahead of me!!! I approached the desk to tell them that I was leaving. I also had them look up the last time my daughter was there because she's 8 months old and I can't remember if she got her 6 month shots. Sure enough they never scheduled them!!! They want me to come in Friday but I am changing pediatricians ASAP!!! The recetionsists there over book people and are completely incompetent!"
