"This was my first visit to Chapter Aesthetic Studio. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful answering any questions I had. Once I completed the paperwork, I didn’t have to wait at all for my treatment. As a licensed Esthetician, I tend to be aware of the little things when I walk into a Spa (ie. Customer service, cleanliness, attitude of the staff, flow of business). Everything was clean, well organized and timely. I went in for the tox special and loved the NP who did my injection. She was friendly and relatable and wasn’t pushy or salesy like lots of Spas can be. I will definitely be back for more services in the future."
