"I called to make an appointment. Kay answered. While I was speaking, the call ended. I called back and received a voicemail. I called again a few minutes later. Kay answered and hung up while I was speaking again. I again received a voicemail. The fifth time calling, Kay had answered again. I asked for an explanation and an apology for hanging up on me two times in a row. She said Solutions was busy. She apologized and hung up again. Service signal is strong. I just wanted to hair appointments for my husband and myself. I was patient, but she was rude and unprofessional. Obviously, salons are a dime a dozen. We can find a new one. I would like to suggest a professional call hold so front desk attendants can place callers on hold when it’s busy. Not hang up on them. Also, the sales in the front room is overbearing. I suggest it be rearranged with a proper seating area since it’s SO busy there."
"Marissa is fabulous! She’s so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable immediately. And she’s excellent at what she does! Everyone at work complimented me on how nice my nails looked and for how long they looked nice. One co workers nails chipped after 5 days! This is the only place I’ll come to have my nails done!"

"I stopped in for advise for a hair cut I wanted. And Elaine was wonderful, kind, patience. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very nice , they were very quick at getting me set up with a hair consultant. My experience was great, except my hair wasn't long enough on top for the hair cut I wanted. Thank you everyone one especially Elaine for your knowledge it was very helpful. You are a very kind person.I appreciate your patience with me. I will let my hair grow..and try again"
"Christina is not only a cosmetologist, she is a designer, a chemist, a massage therapist, great listener & true professional! After seeing a couple pictures of hair styles I liked & asking me a few questions Christina flawlessly cut, colored & styled my hair! It looks & feels amazing! She even took before & after pictures as it was a dramatic change (dark graying hair that hasn’t been cut in YEARS!!)"
