"Loved the office staff and the clinical staff. The NP Kathleen, however, was not that great. I waited over 2 hours to see her (walked in), had an ultrasound I didn't need (had one 1.5 months ago) because I was told I wouldn't be seen without one, and when she came in, she had already made up her mind about my issue, relying on ultrasound and office staff (who are not trained in assessments) to give her the details. She barely glanced at the body part in question and certainly didn't lay hands on it to assess it in any way. Not a great provider, in my opinion and diagnoses without evidence. This visit was really not much help to me at all and didn't address the suddenness of symptoms or other issues I had questions about. But if I want to pay for more tests, they may be able to tell me more. Not a fan."
