"Went for 1st time to get blood drawn, on a Thursday, Nov 2, 2023. When receptionist finally showed up at her desk, told me lab isn't open and probably won't be until possibly Monday. Once I looked around the waiting room, I was disgusted. Most of the seats looked like picture below. These particles were everywhere. Does anyone who works there even care about the presentation of the place?? Simply disgusting, I'll never go back!"

"Trash, absolute trash, My 3 year old son that has been in and out of the hospital for respiratory reasons, scheduled a follow up, and refused us because he wouldn't wear a mask, the kid is three years old, he still does not understand the concept and obviously kids with very bad asthma cant wear one. The receptionists was very rude and unprofessional, I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. This is how you let people treat patients? shaking my head. Thank you for refusing me kid with a severe respiratory problem, its much appreciated"

"First time going there, I had a neurology appointment at this location. The staff that were wearing masks aren’t wearing them properly (hanging under their noses) the rest aren’t even wearing masks at all. Doctor was very dismissive said curtly why are you here and had no knowledge of my prior health issues. Apparently had no knowledge of a huge cyst in my brain. I left feeling anything but cared for."

"At first when I started going here 5 years ago for a Neurologist, it was great. Over the last two years the office and staff have taken an absolute nose dive. It takes MONTHS to get a hold of anyone in the office, or to get a call back, if you can at all. Don't even think about talking to your actual doctor or a nurse, that just won't happen, emergency, problems, concerns be damned. Its nearly impossible to get an appointment 3 months out even for regular patient. The doctors couldn't care less about your problems and will not work with you. If you're doctor is out during your appointment their fill in will do nothing. They won't change medications, won't change doses, won't do anything, even if thats the whole point of the appointment, they'll tell you to reschedule. And again, you'll be waiting about 3 months + for another appointment of any kind. They don't even care when other doctors offices call for information/records. I will never recommend this place to anyone, they need a serious overhaul of staff and retrain everyone else on how a doctors office works."
