"Google should allow for a zero star rating. You cancelled my wife’s appt. After we explained to you multiple times that it was necessary that she sees Dr. Sharma. Last month’s appt was also changed by them stating they needed to move our appt. And they gave us today’s appt. This is unacceptable and I hope NYS shuts down this location due to lack of human decency."

"I only came here because my Doctor became a part of this group before he retired. The doctors here do not listen, care or follow-up. I rarely go to doctors except for my annual exams. So if I have to go, it means I am REALLY not feeling well. This is the first time I have gone there because I was actually sick. (in 3 years). The doctor was dismissive and seemed afraid to touch me. I gave her a list of my symptoms and she ruled it viral. (which is fine)...however, when I went to review my chart summary, she only put 1/2 the symptoms I stated, and went so far as to say I denied having headaches, chest pain, chills etc... when those were some of the major reasons I was there! After 2 days of agonizing sinus headaches, (and no response back from the doctor)...I was forced to use a teledoc agency because I could no longer take the pain. I followed up with NYU doctor in person 4 days after my original visit. They took tests...4 days later and still no results!!! Needless to say, I no longer will be using their services and will not recommend NYU Bethpage to anyone!"

"I went here for a 15 minute procedure. The Drs. and Staff were nice but I was shocked how much they billed my insurance company. The actual procedure was time stamped for about 7 minutes or less. They billed about $12K to $15K of which the pathology department billed around $4000. While my insurance company paid them much less, I was shocked at the billed amounts. If you have so-so insurance or no insurance, good luck to you. Disclaimer: I am an actual patient and numbers above are estimates. My review is my opinion."

"I’ve been to this doctor several times before, I have no issue with the practice. My complaint is about how calls are taken. I wanted to make an appointment for an annual wellness exam. The availability was horribly low, all doctors were booked so I was stuck waiting on hold for almost an hour while an inexperienced receptionist booked my appointment. After she confirmed the date and time I hung up, I couldn’t take anymore. I normally have no issue with patience but this pushed me over the edge… seriously."
