"Love this office!!! When I arrived for my first appointment, which was with Dr. Mary Infantino, for my elevated glucose and weight loss, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles by Tina and Pat. From the start Dr. Mary spoke with me in depth about my health concerns and goals! I have been very successful in my journey! She is a true professional, always made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. Tina, the Office Manager, runs a highly efficient front desk, whether it be scheduling, insurance questions, or any other issues you have, she will take care of it for you!!!!! The warm, friendly, caring staff here, in addition to their expertise in their specialties, is what sets Plainview Heart and Health above the rest!!!! Thank you all!!!"

"If someone had a bad experience, it sounds like a them problem. I’ve been working a long time and I’ve never had an issue. We do things properly accordingly and any new patient should know that it is almost a two hour appointment when you’re a new patient is a lot to handle and there’s a lot going on. There’s also many providers working at the same time so people assume that other people are going ahead of them and that’s not how it works. I love Heart And Health . Plainview is my office I work two days a week and work with providers those days especially Front Desk is a hard job there’s a lot going on and they are exceptional at their job precisely manger Tina, and Pat.
