"It pains me so much to write this review as I have been a patient of Dr Bendit’s for so many years but the recent changes at the office have made it not worth it to use this office. Getting ahold of a person in the office is next to impossible and while under the Dr’s care you are unable to get ahold of the Dr if the care isn’t working. Call when you are sick and they won’t see you for a week. I’m not sure how you can have a Dr that can’t squeeze you in when there is a medical need. The office is quick to pawn off a different Dr each Dr in that office is drastically different in how they care for a patient and once you start w a Dr they won’t let you switch back to your actual Dr. They had me see a different Dr which I thought was no big deal since I just needed a Rx for an ongoing condition I’ve had for over a decade and the other Dr felt that sending me for cancer screening was appropriate when I was seeking meds for a diverticulitis flair up and when I said that’s not what this is I’ll wait for my Dr to return from vacation they refused and made me go through w the tests…came across as a money grab / insurance fraud. Dr Bendit used to really care and have passion for this but sadly he’s been beaten down and no longer even calls to follow up after a visit. From the patient perspective seems like he’s just waiting for retirement and would rather not be bothered. I was introduced to this office by a friend and have recommended this office to other friends and family…within the past yr they all have left this office for better care. If you are looking for an office w passive aggressive and rude staff (when you are in the office you can hear them giggling and gossiping about patients)…that has farmed out all personal touches to optimum, then this is the office for you! If you have an actual medical need find a professional spot, this place is only useful if you need a booster shot or a blood test. You’ve been warned"

"Office is very professional and friendly. I have been a longtime patient of Dr. Schechter and wouldn't go to anyone else. He is caring and very knowledgeable. Gives his patient all the time necessary. The office staff is also welcoming and efficient."

"I saw Dr Bianca two years and she was wonderful. She really cared. She is not there anymore so I tried Dr. Shechter. He was kind and thorough. When it came to draw blood... a medical assistant tried and couldn’t get it, she calls a nurse and he couldn’t then he calls a 3th person... after three pokes no blood was drawn. I don’t think I was dehydrated because I drank enough water for urine analysis as well. They said I have to go to a lab. I never had a problem drawing blood before, always at the first shoot. I drove 30 min to get there and now I will have to take another morning from work. When I was checking out the ask to collect a $7 balance from 2019... I’m aggravated. Will I be back? I like the doctors but I can’t go through this again."

"Have being seeing Dr. Bendit since 2013 for my annual physicals. Pleasant, low key "bedside manner". Not an alarmist and does his best to put anxious patients at ease. Answers your questions and overall puts me at ease. Definitely recommended."
