"Optum PH Internal Med used to be called ProHEALTH. It still says this on the door. The practice includes Dr. Daniel Cyran, Dr. Richard Federbush, Cathy Singer (nurse practitioner), Dr. Lisa Walters, and others. The office requires you to check in for your appointments using Optum MyChart, where you can also see test results and pay outstanding fees. Desk staff is very good."
"I saw Sabine hurst the other day and let me tell you it was the worst experience ever. After my visit with her I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription that she was supposed to send over however I was informed by the pharmacy staff that nothing was received. Pharmacy stated that it takes a few minutes to come over so I waited about 10 minutes and checked with the staff and it still didn’t come over. so I called prohealth and got the answering service. I asked him what I was supposed to do and he said they were going to expedite my request and wait. Script still never came after another 15 min. The pharmacy suggested that I drive over there. What a waste of time. I went there and they said that the script would be re-sent. Then I go back to the pharmacy and the script came. This was very much a waste of time and very frustrating. She should be more pertinent in sending prescriptions since the pharmacy is only two minute drive. I like PROHealth, I’m just extremely displeased with the provider I saw."
