"I could not disagree more with the one star reviews of this place. I had the most professional interaction with the staff by phone - they were polite, thorough, knowledgeable and responsive. And Dr. Christina Spitzer, who did the anesthesia for my procedure 7 months ago, was excellent. She called me the day before the procedure to get and give details, and spent time with me before the procedure to review everything. She was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. I had no issues with the billing whatsoever."

"If there was an option to leave 0 stars, I would. My only experience with this business is being completely ripped off. I agree 100% with the other review on here. We never even stepped foot in their office, yet, they have $1,375 of MY MONEY that they still have not refunded. This is actually going back to JULY of 2013!! They request the money upfront, and I paid the requested $500 deposit. The dentist cancelled our appointment for the procedure for my then 2 year old, and this office would not issue a refund for me - only $250. Moving forward, I had an appointment scheduled for my son that December - and made an additional payment of $1,125 so we have most of the procedure paid for. My son was ill and I needed to reschedule - I spoke with the doctor there the day before the procedure. I was told I would get a call back to reschedule, and nothing. I considered going with another anesthesiologist but figured since I have already given them money upfront, I would try again. The next appointment they scheduled my son for was September 24th 2014 -- I called to confirm since it was getting close to the procedure and I didn't hear anything. They told me they cancelled the procedure!! I then cancelled the pre-op check up with our pediatrician for that day, last minute. I got a call later that day (Sept. 22) that they will "squeeze" my son in that day on the 24th, but not sure what time he would have work done. I asked about the medical clearance, and they told me that they will WAIVE IT!!!!!! Seriously!!?? How hard up for money are you guys!! I was also told since I CANCELLED the appointment, which was a lie, I would lose more of my deposit!!!! Needless to say, I went with a reputable medical practice and my son finally got the procedure he needed. If you are referred here, go elsewhere. Not worth the headache and being screwed over. I can only imagine how many more people this has happened to. I will be contacting the BBB and the American Academy of Anesthesiologists to share my experience with their poor business practices."

"As far as the anesthesiologist. They were great and very professional. When it comes to their billing or reimbursing the patient they are absolutely not accommodating and lie. I paid them for their services and then my insurance company paid them. They told me it takes two weeks to clear. Well that was incorrect. It cleared and cashed immediately. A month later I still don't have my credit. So they have my money and the insurance companies money. Double dipping. I would not recommended them because they do not do the right thing by the patient when it comes to their reimbursement. They want their money up front but don't reimburse the patient in a timely matter. I am still waiting for the owner to call me."
