"My two stars are only because of the FRONT DESK STAFF! They actually deserve none. This was my first time coming to this facility. Northwell is a renowned company and I have been receiving services from them for years now. Never had this types of experience with any other Northwell location. My Doctor and the medical assistant were kind and caring and loved talking to them but the front desk staff are extremely rude and arrogant as if it cost them money to smile and be nice to patients when it is part of their responsibility. They definitely need good amount of training and practice to be more empathetic towards the patients and their families. And if it is too hard then people with these types of attitude problems should not be working for customer service."

"This is the worst ever doctor location I had been. We made appointment for my mother as she was referred from Northwell hospital to this doctors office for her primary care. We went this location thought if we stay same network of Northwell, it would be easier to share all medical records etc. During our first appointment with PCP, it was not the same doctor that we made appointment with. We made argument why the doctor that we made appointment not seeing her, they said that doctor is not available that time. We are very surprised by hearing that because this is the reason precisely people made appointment beforehand. They made another appointment with other doctor for next time and that time also different doctor seen my mother. We made 3 different appointment and each time different different doctors had seen her. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional that each time they just assign different doctor regardless of our appointment. Most disturbing part is they didn't even notify us that they are running this location with rotational interns/residency which is why each week different intern doctors are present. This should not the definition of Primary care physician. I want to sue them for misbehaving and unprofessional behavior towards patient. Usually when doctors office make appointment with interns/ residency doctors they notify patients if we want to make appointment with residency or MD. Nothing was also mentioned during making appointment as well. They also didn't notify us for every visit different doctor/residency doctors will see my mother. Some patient might not be comfortable to be seen my residency doctor which is why doctors office should and must inform this to patient before appointment. This is why they (management of this location) are actually misconducting their practice and doesn't have any professional ethics. I will not ever recommend this office to any one and will discourage people to visit this location."
