"Nurse Practitioner Sandra Myrtil is awful. She put in my IUD and I got pregnant. I went in to follow up and she did not even know she had put it in. Did not review my chart at all. And then told me she couldn’t find it and it just “fell out”. No accountability. No patient education. No empathy. I’m taking further action to address my experience with her. A truly traumatic experience."

"The nurses here are fairly very polite and sweet but the one receptionist at the front desk is absolutely disrespectful and impatient. I have no idea how she has the position .she’s so rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t be qualified for that position to be working with patients.Besides that disturbance, the service was very nice and respectful."

"Clerical staff need to fix their attitudes. 2/3 of the people I spoke to in this office were rude and curt when I was trying to book appointments and asking about payments, topics that should be handled with care. The last woman was patronizing and pretending like she couldn’t understand that I was saying “Hampstead”, repeatedly asking “what?” and trying to correct my pronunciation in ways that I see certain people do sometimes with my foreign parents. I did not appreciate that as it was unnecessary and particularly troubling because I don’t even have an accent. It makes me worried about how others are treated here. The one woman I spoke to in the finance department was a gem and handled my inquiries and concerns in a very professional and knowledgeable manner, with a caring demeanor that was more appropriate for a reproductive health clinic. If you’re in the city, it’s worth going to a borough clinic rather than dealing with this particular branch even if it means longer wait times for an appointment. The vibes were off."

"Sandra’s attitude is insane. Dismissive and makes you feel like an idiot. She doesn’t even let you finish a full sentence. Starting sighing , and just didn’t care. So passive aggressive. The rest of the ladies are nice."
