About the Business

Eac-Outpatient Clinic

The EAC-Outpatient Clinic, located at 175 Fulton Avenue in Hempstead, New York, is a full-service treatment program for individuals with substance abuse disorders. Supported by the New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services, the clinic offers a safe and comfortable environment where individuals can receive treatment with dignity and respect. The program addresses not only substance use, but also mental health, physical health, family systems, socialization, and other contributing factors. Personalized treatment plans are developed for each individual, which may include psychiatric services, counseling, and specialty groups. The clinic accepts various insurance coverage and donations to support their mission of helping individuals recover from substance abuse. Participants typically engage in the program for six to twelve months, with many experiencing decreased substance use or complete abstinence. Testimonials from former clients highlight the positive impact of the program, with individuals expressing gratitude for the support and guidance they received during their recovery journey. The EAC-Outpatient Clinic is part of the EAC Network, a social service agency dedicated to empowering and assisting individuals in need throughout Long Island and New York City.

"Drug dealer paradise.....EAC is a drug dealer paradise. EAC has admitted drug dealers say they do not belong at outfit. Staff does nothing but praise the dealers as they say they can supply anyone with any drug they want. SAD excuse for an outpatient. This place should be closed down."

"Would give a negative review if possible. This place could care less about patients. I spent 1 hour in a group with an admitted drug dealer bragging about how he should not be in group because he is a dealer...predator/dealer went on to brag about how he picks up new clients from the outpatient. Not once did the "councilor" stop him from talking....half the group was sick off it....mens councilor maybe is dealers supplier....highly suggest to avoid this place unless you want to pick up drugs from members in group."
