"Dr. Mark and Lui are a great team! I was having issues with my knees and was told to do physical therapy. Based on the reviews, I decided to give Dr. Mark a try. I am still a work in progress, but he is great at treating his patients. I would recommend him to anyone needing physical therapy!"

"I have been going to plus life physical therapy for some time now and I can’t express enough how amazing the staff are. The environment is very clean. The staff is very friendly and informative. The provider explained in detail about my condition and what I needed to do to get better. I highly recommend this place."

"HEALED!!!! I’ve been a patient of doctor Mark’s since the summer and even my most positive remarks aren’t enough to express my gratitude towards the doctor. If you are looking for a doctor that actually cares and wants to see you get better with each visit, please go see Dr. Mark. The therapy has enabled me to feel normal again and his guidance has assured just that. Dr. Mark is very professional and explained every step of the process and always answered my questions. Look no further, give Dr. Mark a call."

"If I could give Dr. Mark a 0 star, I would. I went in for a shoulder rehab but was told to work on my posture instead (mind you, every doctor I went to after him told me that my posture wasn't bad at all). He told me to do these neck/posture exercises, 3 sets of 10 reps with 5-sec hold per rep. He even told me for I could go pretty intense if they felt good. Mind you, the whole time I've been trying to tell him that I have this pinched nerve around my rhomboid and one of the exercises prescribed could sometimes aggravate it from the stretching and pulling, but he kept shutting me up saying that "whatever we're doing has nothing to do with your rhomboid - stop saying the word rhomboid". Fast forward a few days later from doing all these exercises RELIGIOUSLY, I noticed immense pain and discomfort around my neck area. He told me to lessen the intensity but continue to do them, literally just shrugged it off. I knew my body better so I completely avoided them all at once. The discomfort never went away and for the past half a year since this incident, I've gone to more doctors that I have all my years combined, orthopedists, neck surgeons, spine specialists, PTs, OTs, PCPs, neuros. because of the pain. I did an MRI on my cervical spine and turned out, I overstraightened my neck and lost the natural curvature and on top of that, I developed two Tarlov cysts that happened to be symptomatic. I now have nerve pains and neurological discomfort on my right side of the body. My right wrist, thumb, index finger, toe, hips, shoulder, etc. My right index finger is SIGNIFICANTLY colder than all my other fingers. My nerve endpoints on my thumb, index finger and middle finger cause pain when pressed in. I now need to look into pain management specialists and potentially have a risky invasive surgery to remove those cysts because all the medicines and rehabs that all the other doctors prescribed me did not work. Imagine this...going in for a shoulder rehab just to get a neck/nerve damage that may live with me for the rest of my life. My quality of life has gone from 8 to 2. Everything hurts and everything feels weak. In addition to all this, his assistant was literally useless. I went in for a shoulder rehab and the guy was performing massage therapy on my traps and rhomboid. I told him that it was my shoulder that needed massage and he said, "your neck and trap are very tight". Like dude, yeah my thighs, chest and lower back are tight too but I didn't come here to fix those, I came here to fix my shoulder. And when Dr. Mark would come in for my sessions, he would just show me to do this one exercise for 3 sets of 10 reps and to go home after. He would walk away and leave me alone. Why don't you just tell your patients what to do through a video call instead? You're wasting people's time. And every once in a while, I would hear him argue with patients and condescendingly tell them that they were wrong. Right after my sessions ended, I immediately went to another reputable PT facility and did not even want to renew with this guy, as much as he wanted me to. I would just lie and tell him that I felt a bit better (not really) because I just wanted him to stop pestering me. The other PT facility would work with me 1:1, ask me how I was feeling, where I needed more attention, etc. 100% do not recommend this place. Not even sure why there are all 5-star reviews here. I got baited by these reviews. Now, I need to live with this unbearable nerve pain for god knows how long. Thanks, Dr. Mark."
