"Doctor Mythily is a wonderful doctor however my visits to the clinic was marred by excessively long wait times. Despite having an appointment, I spent an unreasonable amount of time waiting. The lack of efficient scheduling and communication left me frustrated, and it significantly impacted my overall experience."

"I’ve waited 2 hours and a half waiting for an appointment, eve no up to the doctors office still waiting an extra hour…terrible scheduling. Even worse, going into 4 hours AND NOTHING, HOW ARE PEOPLE THIS UNORGANIZED WITH SCHEDULING."

"I was hung up on by the receptionist at the Braddock office 8 times while trying to tell them there was an error in a script for physical therapy that Dr.Belotte gave me and they had faxed the same incorrect document over. It delayed my appointment with my physical therapist by half an hour. He saw me and told me not to worry about it today and to just get the script by next week. Their office called Cross County and was placed on hold 3 times and hung up on twice. Unprofessional and embarrassing. A disgusting practice. My grandparents, uncles, aunt, siblings, and parent all go to doctor Belotte becuase some are Creole speaking and others are more comfortable going somewhere with a doctor like Dr. Belotte. I respect her as a doctor but her staff have lost her buisness before and will continue to do so. At this point hire me because these girls at the Braddock office on Wednesday 4.19.23 need to never work in Healthcare again."

"This office... ugh. Where do I start? I would give this 0 stars if I could. Their office is unsanitary and unorganized. The office they draw your blood in is super small, and they keep the urine samples in there too. The woman who went to draw my blood took another client's urine sample, DID NOT CHANGE HER GLOVES, had some kind of residue on her finger, and holes IN THE GLOVE and when I asked her to change it she just ignored me. I've been trying to call them for a week now about the results from my last visit and they NEVER pick up the phone. A doctor's appointment should not be this stressful and time-consuming. I will be reporting this office to the NY State Dept of Health"

"Showed up at 930am for an emergency appointment for a burn I had yesterday. They denied me a virtual appt and said I needed to come in. Showed up at the office for 930am and no one is there. Called both offices 3-4x each, no response. Smh. The doctors are great, but the operations is terrible."
