"They have the worst billing team ever. Please go anywhere else but here. The procedure doesn’t work and you will end up worse than you went in. Also the billing department is unprofessional and lacks empathy. If you can, use cash to pay for any co-pay requested at consultation. Never give them your card because, they will capture your card details and charge you for bills without your consent. You won’t get a letter in the mail or email of the billing amount before they charge you. And don’t bother trying to explain or reason with them for a payment plan because they do not care. Save yourself future regrets and do not come here."
"Extremely ghetto would not recommend. Staff was so unprofessional and rude wouldn’t recommend maybe the other locations are better but this one I would advise not to go to. Waited an hour and thirty mins and still wasn’t seen. watched 3 different lunch meals come in and out of the facility while there is a huge room of patients waiting to be seen."
"Very very poor service. Approximately 6 months after doing the surgery for fibroids, I did a scan of my pelvic and was informed by the doctor to see my gynecologist because I had 2 big fibroids. The procedure did not work. Then I missed a follow up appointment because of Covid and they changed my card $70. I was informed that if I rescheduled and attend within 30 days, they’d refund my money. I did exactly that and attended an appointment in a week and they wouldn’t refund my money. I called the credit bureau who informed me that they reached out to them several times without response. Eventually I had to file a dispute with my bank about 2 months later. I would never visit again nor would I recommend."
"As a first timer, I found the clinic nice, clean and comfortable. The staff and Doctors were professional and friendly. The receptionist assisted me with check in making it an easy process. I must say the wait was a bit long but not to bad. Update I discovered today processed an unauthorized charge to my account. They use excuses for the charge! Beware they are thief's!! What your account!"
