"Very dissapointed . I just made an appointment online & got a confirmation. I got there to the doors locked (even though it was still within working scheduled hours) & i saw an african american women at the desk & when she saw me she ran to the back as i am knocking on the door . My mom isnt feeling well and this was the closest i can find. Are you kidding me? Very unprofessional. Very disappointing . Im highly unsatisfied & frustrated. Would not recommend! Please hire people who are ready to work until SCHEDULED CLOSING hours and arent locking the door prior to that time."

"Made an appointment. Got the confirmation email and filled out all my paperwork online. Got there 15 minutes before my appointment only to be informed that it was canceled at the door. No email notifying me it was canceled before or anything. I’m sick and I got myself there. Very unprofessional."
"This urgent care facility is clean, you can smell the freshness as you walk in. The staffs are very welcoming and the wait time is great. I would definitely recommend this place. I took some pictures so others can see how beautiful the office is."
