"This past week I went to Silver Star urgent care and I was able to make an appointment online and submit forms. When I got there the staff were friendly and helpful. I was checked in right away. I was seen by Dr. Keshia who listened to my issues and prescribed medications which helped ease my pain. I would definitely recommend Silver Star as I had a great experience with all of the staff. "This office is located convenient in my neighborhood but nothing is convenient about it. The reception desk attendees are lackadaisical. The first time I went to this location the doctors forgot to call in my prescriptions and don’t notice until I advised. I recently decided to try again feeling under the weather. I didn’t have one of my insurance cards. The receptionist IGNORED my questions and never once attempted to help me look up the insurance. I left and went elsewhere. The service is just poor. The front desk reps really need to tighten up. They act as if they are doing YOU a favor. Just poor levels of care, in my opinion."

"I want to take a moment and thank the staff here for taking care of my mom. She had an accident while cooking and cut her finger pretty deep. They took care of my mom while she was there alone like family until I made it. The doctor comforted her the entire process and even cleaned her up from all the bleeding. I couldn’t be more thankful as we all wish our parents to be taken care of with love by strangers during times of need. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart to the entire team.
