"Came to this location to get blood work done for my daughter and 1. They looked at me like I was talking a foreign language 2. Was told that they needed a paper referral for blood work even though most places do it electronically and 3. Just overall bad attitude. I should mention the place was completely empty and they were just hanging out gossiping!"

"went there for coughing. they did a rapid covid test and also sent to lab for covid testing. however, i didn’t realize that i haven’t met deductible of my insurance, ended up a almost $200 bill for a covid test. if i knew this upfront, i’ll not do the test. update: i had to pay for the full amount of bill, billing department doesn't care and won't help, simply saying it's my own responsibility because i did not check if my insurance will pay for it. i will recommend staying away from this place unless you are 100% sure on your insurance, otherwise you'll have to deal with the excessive charges."

"I was very impressed with this place. Staff was friendly and professional. I walked in with no appointment but was helped immediately by the receptionist who was very friendly. I also love how the sign in tablet sends a link to fill out the paperwork to your phone. I waited only ten minutes or so before being led to a room where I was seen right away by the physician's assistant and doctor. Not as important, also worth mentioning that the interior of this place is very nice (wood paneling, glass doors, etc.). I've visited a number of different urgent cares over the years in different cities, and have had experiences ranging between mediocre and terrible. This however, was a fantastic experience. As a local, I'm happy to know that this location is here."

"I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and waited less than 5 minutes. The attendant who gave me my Covid test was thorough and friendly. After a few minutes, the NP came into the room, told me the test was negative, then gave me a flu test and listened to my lungs. Everyone was very pleasant and thorough and treated me with a great deal of kindness, as always."

"I just went here yesterday. I probably have been here 3 or 4 times over the past 2 years. It is always a good experience. Everyone is nice. Each time I always remember GERARD. He is super nice and helpful and very positive. Also it was my first time to be seen by PA Hercules- I thought he was better than most doctors. He is very thorough and explains instructions well. I hope Northwell will recognize these 2 outstanding employees and give them a raise or promotion!!!"
