"The receptionist was pleasant the office manager is a rude and disrespectful. I can in feeling dehydrated and chest pains being pregnant the office manager was ungrateful I gave her some HI CHEW as a kind gesture since it’s the holidays. After registering me and the medical assistant took my vitals then the office manager can barging in the room unannounced screaming erratically saying I can’t use a tissue since had a runny nose and a cold. She proceeded to harass me while the provider was in my presence in the hallway refused to provide medical attention due to my symptoms. The office manager has mental health issues it’s recommended that she seek psychiatric evaluation due witnessing her multiple personalities within an hour time spans as a medical professional myself it’s imperative that she refrains from society until evaluation the patients lives are endangered. In doing so I felt overwhelmed and my safety was at stake due to her unstableness. I witnessed her utilizing vulgar language towards me and as a patient of other city meds recently. This patient care is unacceptable in the medical community. She then discharged me without being seen by the doctor .Basically she billed my insurance for just the vitals taken and I was not seen by the provider at all. The work ethic is lazy and she was in her iPhone watching TikTok and flirting with the tech she stated was her boyfriend instead of being attentive and registering me immediately I had to wait 45mins while she was talking about her plans for Christmas when I was the only patient. I wish there was a negative stat . By far this is the worst medical experience I’ve ever experienced and it the last time at this location. Other colleagues and mall staff stated this city md it’s considered the atmosphere as ghetto and horrible service when your medical in need of medical attention."

"Very friendly and helpful staff in person and on the phone. Front desk always willing to listen and help. Very clean location. Little wait time to see a doc. Professional nurses and doctors, they listen to you and do not make you feel like they are rushing you out. This is my go to for my entire family. Overall an A team. Thank you."
