"This is my 4th time being disappointed from this health Center. Three times the doctor refused to see my child on same day appointment basis. They said I have to make an Appointment before going there even though Doctor Andrew Flower is his primary doctor. Now on 4th time I went to take an appointment because my son has been vomiting for couple of days. Reception said they are first come first served because Doctor is very busy. Next available appointment is after one month. I have to call them before 8 am in the morning in order to compete with getting an appointment. Can you imagine a child having to go through this about his primary care doctor. They don’t care! I have been calling them on a usual working days. Whole day they didn’t pick up their phone."

"Complete bunch of morons! Extremely unprofessional. From the call center, the office manager and the Dr., absolute horrible experience. I warn anyone trying to find a new Dr this isn’t the office. Any clinic in the slums would be better than going to this office."

"I literally have to give a shout out to Kevin for his excellency in work ethic. I was trying to help my son schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist and needed a referral from the doctor at this office. I had called over a week ago and was told by a female that it would be done. I left the number they were to call and submit the information the gastroenterologist office would need. I called today to verify that the referral was sent and was told by Kevin that there were no notes and nothing was done. I was extremely disappointed. But Kevin more than did his job. Not only did he immediately call, but returned my call to let me know it would be resolved by Monday because the doctor was going to be out of the office. He even called the gastroenterologist office to find out all the details. He was so diligent and respectful and professional. I wish I often encountered this kind of exemplary customer service. Thank you Kevin because you bring value to the community you serve."

"The front desk person he was very informative , and welcoming once the medical assistant called us in she could be more pleasant rolling her eyes when entering with my family member who needed translation help and wanted to be accompanied , she wasn’t welcoming , and staff could least step you aside when asking and giving information instead talking out loud in the waiting area not professional at all . Lastly the Dr was very attentive and welcoming made my Family comfortable , can use some improvements."

"Would give them 0 stars .I had went here to get treatment and was then later my medical history was being talked about by receptionist , very unprofessional. The people here give a weird vibe and are racist. This is very unethical ! especially if your black wouldn’t recommend going to this gynecologist. receptionist should be fired all they do is gossip about patients confidential results ."
