"A couple of years ago they were good. Now, since new staffing, they're not good anymore. The technician had pet hair on her work jacket/ robe. She didn't sanitize the laser glasses before giving them to me. It was clearly dirty. When she was asked a question about side effects of something, she shrugged. I asked for a manager. No manager on site. I asked for him to call and was told he would, but I'm still waiting for Eugene to call. It speaks volumes that all of the good staff left this business!"
