"Dr Cohen himself is great. Jordan his PA also great. I can breathe so much better after turbinate reduction and rhinaire procedure. Just beware of whoever answers the phones.. but Dr. Cohen was very nice to me while I was having a bad reaction to Ativan before my surgery. It made me really dizzy. They got me in a chair and made me comfortable. We listed to Billy Joel and got it done and over with! He deserves more than the rating he is getting on here. Someone complained about him being cocky but he knows his stuff and maybe came across over confident? Not sure- but I thought his team was great (minus his appointment setters)."

"My granddaughter had an appointment yesterday 11/29/23 at 4pm and no one came to talk to them, they were left waiting 2 hours and never seen. no reason given or even an apology awful just awful experience. I would never recommend this practice to anyone."

"I feel the need to write this review. After receiving several glowing reviews through online and personal recommendations, we made an appointment for my 23 month old due to chronic ear infections. Sadly, after 2 hours we never met the dr and left. My daughter was cranky and irritable needless to say. During that time we had a 5 minute intake and a 3 minute hearing test. At one point I popped my head outside the room and saw 3 nurses standing and talking. I asked been will the doctor be seeing us. The response was "soon". When I said we had been waiting for over an hour and a half I was still given the same response. My husband and I waited another 20 minutes and we decided to leave. We expressed our concerns and frustrations to a man at the front desk and asked him to relay the concerns to the dr. Just from this experience alone of having a SICK 23 month old wait that long is unacceptable."

"Let’s get this right, I go in for a camera to be stuck up my nose (to inspect septum), my ears vacuumed (to remove wax) and I was in & out in 20 minutes. I receive my bill a few days later and have to pay out of pocket $94, my insurance pays $404, and the original bill before write offs is $900?!?!? Can someone logically explain to me how they aren’t robbing people? How is this even fathomable? I’m a supporter of capitalism but this seems like highway robbery to me…"
