"PA that saw me for a wrist injury, did not even look or examine my wrist/hand. Came in the room for 30 seconds after he looked at xrays and was out the door. Felt very rushed and he seemed very dismissive and uncaring. Not a good bedside manner and he is just a PA. Would not recommend based on his treatment. The nurse who took my vitals and asked me all the questions, could not have been nicer or more professional. She was great, it was the PA who made me feel worse than I did when I came in. 4/10…do not recommend."

"I went to the Bayside CityMD a few months ago due to having severe cold symptoms along with a sharp pain in my left ribcage area. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The facility was clean. There were about a handful of patients ahead of me when I got there, and so I think the wait was about 40 min or so to be seen, which I think is reasonable especially if time is taken to give each patient thoughtful care. When I was called in, the medical assistant(?) carefully took notes on why I was visiting, took my vitals, and swabbed me to check for Covid/flu/rsv (which all came back negative). I was then seen by Dr. Lee who took time to go over results and examine me, and he ordered a chest x-ray. The x-ray technician(?) was very kind and courteous, making the x-ray process go smoothly. The results revealed that I had pneumonia, and Dr. Lee gave me a note that gave me a week off of work. I received a few pulmonologist recommendations, and the one I ended going to was very helpful. The x-ray technician also provided me a CD of my X-ray. I am grateful for the care provided by all the staff at Bayside CityMD during my visit - Thank you!"

"Front staff were nice but gave me the wrong information on 2 occasions (1 through phone call and in person too). Doctor was super rude and didnt want to be there. Didnt have to wait long though. If you dont want to have disputes with them and your insurance, dont come here"

"Do NOT come here for a COVID test; especially from the tall Asian medical assistant who was doing swabs on 11/23/23 from around 11am-12pm. I accompanied my sick friend there that day and waited outside while she got tests done to see why she was sick, including a COVID test. When I met her outside afterwards, she immediately asked me to check if she had a nosebleed. The guy who swabbed her was so forceful and when he met resistance he CONTINUED to probe higher. She noticeably winced in pain but he just gave a monotonous "sorry" and proceeded in the same manner to her other nostril. My friend is a nurse herself and has done routine COVID tests so she knows some discomfort is normal but this was NOT proper. She felt something wet trickling down her left nostril and thought she was bleeding and checked but there wasn't blood. Afterwards, outside when I checked, I didn't see any blood either. But oh my god when we got back home after, her entire mouth area under her nose was covered in blood. She continued to have a bloody nose for almost a week. Absolutely terrible experience."

"Front desk was very friendly and helpful, also the guy that took chest xray, and girl who did ekg. Lady doctor is a quack.I went in with cold' sinus ' respiratory like symptoms. After me telling her my symptoms and the test she ordered, she said she didn't know what was wrong with me and wasn't going to prescribe any meds, instead was sending me to a cardiologist. Although she asked if the nurse did a covid test and that my ear was swollen. I obviously have some type of respiratory issue. Seeing my regular doctor tomorrow"
