"Practitioner nurse was nice and friendly, she knows what she’s doing, pretty professional too. But the other staffs just give you a look that goes” my boss didn’t pay me enough to be friendly with you, nor do I care how you feel”. Literally everyone’s face is just bitter and no smile AT ALL! They did answer all my questions and guide me to rooms and such, but Come on this is a beauty treatment I am getting and I would expect to see nice friendly staffs greeting me, not some robots and upset faces."
