"I used to really like this place, but it has really declined over the past two years. Today, when I went in to pick up new glasses, I was asked to approve them at the front receptionists counter by looking in a mirror. I would recommend driving to Jamestown office to work with an eye care specialist who has time to examine the new fitting and asks you to read something while wearing the glasses. Sad that we can't get the same level of attention at the Dunkirk office that clients who drive to Jamestown get. I got my eye exam at the Jamestown office and was pleased by the service there but was trying to save gas and time by picking up the glasses in Dunkirk."

"My glasses from them broke a few weeks ago. I called to make an appointment for new ones and they claimed I needed a new exam, but I'm not due till next year and that there is not a thing they can do to help me till next year. After that I requested my RX so I could order a pair online and they flat out refused. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back. I'll be sticking to America's Best from now on. Where the hey are friendly helpful and do NOT hate their jobs."
