"Correction to review: I was told my appointment was 1:20pm but find out that it was indeed 1:30pm, my fault, I showed up too early. When I told reception I had been waiting 20 minutes they just stared at me, I left at 1:40pm thinking I had been waiting 20 minutes. The receptionist didn't even say let me check how much longer you have to wait, had he done that and said you'll be seen in a minute or two, I'd have waited."
