"Had an appointment booked out for a month to see Dr. Madejski because he was available on a particular day. Got an letter in the mail saying he will not be available for my appointment now. What a joke. Think with all the technology they would have something in the calendar notifying them he isn’t available. Obviously they don’t pay attention to customers reviews online or make the effort to correct these issues."

"Horrible. You arrive early as you should to check in and give them the insurance information and or photo I.d. Then your sitting here forever! My apt was at 11 and its been half hour in the waiting room. BTW this is my fourth apt here and it is always like this. Time for a new Dr I think."

"Wait Times Aren't That Bad If You See One Of The Nurse Practitioners. Pam And Marcel Are Very Nice So If You Can Get In To See One Of them you won't be disappointed. They Have Got me in for same day appointments if I needed to come in for something and The Receptionist Are Always Nice And Helpful Also!"

"Leaving the practice after many years because the wait times are absolutely rediculous. Sick and tired of a 2 Pm appointment leading to 1.5 hours in the waiting room followed by 20 minutes in the exam room. You don't show for an appointment and they bill you. I think patients should be able to bill them for time wasted by overbooking."
