"Polite staff, my wait time was pretty short, they require masks but do hace them available if you happen to forget yours!"

"This showed up online as the “closest urgent care near me”. Believing it was, I made a call regarding my 5 year old and his sickness. The lady who answered then replied in the most rude, ignorant way by saying.. “We are not an urgent care. We do not take or see children. You should probably get your child their own doctor. That way you don’t have to take them to an emergency room.” First of all lady, to assume that my child does not have a pediatrician is beyond me. Excuse me for wanting to take my son to get immediate medical attention rather than wait for an appointment. Not that it’s any of your business. I can not believe the tone and the ignorance behind the way this woman spoke to me. Needless to say, I am happy this wasn’t an urgent care."

"I brought my sister in law to united memorial to have her monthly baby check up. My sister in law walked in the room before me as I helped my son. I sat down with him and asked her where the sippy cup was and the older nurse with white hair; kinda short, spoke up and said "oh I set it aside in another room." I said I can't have it in here in my bag and she says "no, I have signs out the the waiting room that says no food or drinks." There could be a posibility that my son has a dehydration problem and needs his sippy cup to drink while we wait in the room.. Or even why did they just take my son's sippy cup from him?! It's a hid your sippy hid your toys kind of place."
