"Dr. Howard is very professional and friendly. The eye test technician was also very good and very thorough. However, the other eye technician never wiped off her equipment after she used it which made my technician take a bit longer. I really think they need to continue with the utmost care when it comes to hygiene, obviously the other technician didn’t care."
