"Cancelled my surgery because they didn't want to work out of St Mary's any more. Any professional surgeon would have fulfilled his schedule and then moved to the new hospital I had booked a non refundable vacation with their blessing that my surgery would be done in time. I was given the option to go to a hospital 27 miles from home either in 1 week, or 29 days before my scheduled vaca. No one is over total hip replacement in 29 days. And Who is ready for major surgery In one week??!? Have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. It was the whole "oh well" attitude. Will never seek surgery from. Trinity again. Unreliable isn't a word you want any one to use in reference to your surgeon. And they knew for a week before I was even given the courtesy of a call"

"First, I was never called to confirm my appointment. I don't know if that's their protocol but that was unusual to me. I was 15 mins early to an 8:15 appt as a new patient. At first I got good vibes and was excited about the office- I was taken back on time (although that's not too difficult when your appointment is first thing in the morning.) Someone in scrubs proceeded to ask me medical history questions, which I think was the doctor but the person never introduced themselves. I was then told I needed an xray- to be taken back to the xray room and be told by the tech I don't need an xray afterall. I then proceeded to wait for 20 minutes in the exam room without being seen again. At this point it was 8:40 and I had to drive to work to be there at 9, so I had to leave completely unseen. Although I asked to make a new appointment on my way out, they insisted that I call when I get to work. Well, I can't really waste time at work making personal calls. I asked if someone can call me with the next available early morning appointment to be rescheduled (and hopefully have my copay as a credit on my account since I was not seen) and it's almost 3 hours later and I've never received a call. Just overall getting bad vibes as a first time patient and really hoping something turns around soon. EDIT TO ADD: Unfortunately they are not able to get me in for 3 months so I will be looking elsewhere for care. I was also never refunded a copay as promised."
