"Reading through the reviews let's me know this didn't happen to only me. Had called the on call doctor because they were closed. Asked for eye drops for pink eye. They refused to just send it to the pharmacy and told me to go to an urgent care. I declined that recommendation of theirs and again said I'm not requesting drugs, just eye drops. They continued to refuse then the on call said she needed to go and had somewhere to be as she was sitting in a parking lot. I did attempt to go to an urgent care....wait time was over an hour. So no medical care received. When I spoke to the office manager when they were open, they defended the on call doctor (who couldn't provide care since she was not available to do her job) and said they are kicking me out of the practice. It's too bad, I did like the PA, Megan I saw in the office and we had a good relationship. I suppose I'll be better off elsewhere after reading through the other comments!"

"I called with an issue that is recurring. In the past a MD would call back if you had an issue (like the website states), however I was directed by the triage nurse to go to urgent care (I could tell that this was a service that has been hired by the practice does as she was telling me what "this" practice does). Why should I go to urgent care to spend $175 for a $5 perscription? Needless to say I am very disappointed is this "on-call" service as I did not receive any help."

"Absolute worst doctors office because of the nurses and rude staff. I've been hung up on and ignored so many times just trying to make an appointment. My doctor was supposed to call and never called me. When I called to complain about my doctor still not calling after an emergency situation they kicked me out of the practice. They don't care about their patients at all. It's also always dirty and disgusting there. So unsanitary."

"This place treats you like a paycheck. They don’t have the slightest care for your well-being. Enjoy waiting on hold for 20-25 minutes every time you call to have you prescription refilled. Enjoy calling back when the pharmacy says they still haven’t received it. Enjoy being rushed through your physical in 10 minutes. Do not expect any compassion (or even the slightest interest) if you bring up issues with your PA; they just want to get to the next patient. Please go somewhere else. Anywhere."

"Liz , Martha and Andrea, you do not have authority over your patients..Your job is to inform us and guide us in doing what we feel is best for our own health. It is not up to you to decide that we don't deserve treatment from you because we choose Alternative forms of therapy other than surgery and chemical poisoning. It doesn't make us Liars it doesn't make us hypochondriacs simply because we haven't resorted to these drastic measures. We still need medical treatment and we still need to be taken seriously by you. You are not better than us and you hold no authority over us. For 15 years I've been trying to communicate my needs to you and for 15 years you've been treating me like nothing I say has any Merit. I've been left to have to find a new doctor at age 50 because of your self- serving arrogance. Andrea refused to log a request of mine into my chart simply because she was trying to cover for Liz. Very important pieces of information about my health have not been logged into my chart over the years because Liz doesn't feel like they were important. So this is what I'm left with after 15 years. Thank you."
