"I was treated at the Williamsville, NY location. There was no wait to be treated. I loved Lisa, the nurse who treated me, and the PA, Dr. Sergio, was wonderful. I was diagnosed, prescribed the necessary medications to treat my diagnosis, and Dr. Sergio explained my diagnosis and the medications he prescribed. I will definitely visit this location again if the need arises. Very pleasant experience, especially considering how sick I felt!"

"WellNow staff and clinicians have been AMAZING to me. I've gone in many times recently, and not only is the staff wonderful and helpful, but their treating clinicians have been amazing and kind as well. When you feel like heck, the friendliness of the providers and their ability to treat my maladies makes a huge difference not just physically, but mentally. I am seen by the VA typically. There, I have waited upwards of 5-6 hours for emergency care. The many times I have gone to WellNow recently, I truly haven't had to wait at all! Easy to schedule an appointment online and get incredible healthcare in a very timely manner with friendly faces- it's a no brainer for me to go to WellNow from now on."

"After hoping to be seen as walk in, I was disappointed to know they were only seeing appointments, but they would make me an appointment for 8 a.m. the next day… after accepting that it was all very good. Reception was welcoming. Vitals taken by a very nice gal. PA was thorough and listened to my complaint. X-ray technician appeared to be an expert in her field as well. She was respectful and her directions were clear. Diagnosis was clearly presented, treatment was also discussed. Discharge paperwork was highlighted for me to follow. Receptionist wished me well."

"I've been here a few times, sometimes as a patient, others as a parent, and I can honestly say that it's one of the best facilities to have to go to unwillingly. The waiting room is extremely comfortablewitg leather couches, a Keurig machine (fully stocked with tea coffee and even hot chocolate, and a slushie machine! Waiting on my son right now with a souch puppy in hand connected to free Wi-Fi... It's just the basic customer experience considerations that nice. I'm sure they see a good number of frustrated people coming in that are not feeling their best or happiest, and the little things they do to make sure you're comfortable and just a really thoughtful touch. Care is excellent and very efficient. We've never had a wait coming in. Only thing id like to see is expanded hours."
