"DON'T WASTE VALUABLE TIME!!! Went there 3pm Saturday due to allergic bee sting. Web site and sign on door said they're open until 5pm but doors were locked & nobody was there. Had to go to Wellnow Urgent Care at 5965 Transit Rd, which is open till 8pm Saturdays. Lucky it was so close"

"Everyone was so nice. Very clean and tidy. I had a workplace injury, and my manager told me to come here for a tetanus shot. The staff were very nice to me and answered all of my questions. Thank you!!"

"After having a not so good experience at a different urgent care center, I decided to try Focus Urgent Care on Transit rd. There is ample parking and you don't need to schedule an appt. Inside it is nice and roomy with plenty of seating. It is also very clean. I was greeted right away by Gianna, the registration agent. She was friendly, efficient and gave off an immediate good vibe. After I was brought to the exam room, Colleen, the nurse, came in to take vitals and ask questions about my issues. She was professional, friendly and assured me that I was in good hands. Finally, I met with Amy, the attending doctor. What a breath of fresh air to have someone like her who actually listens to her patients concerns, does'nt make them feel that their issues are trivial and truly cares about getting you to feel better. The whole visit from start to finish was about 20 minutes and it was a great experience. I highly recommend this Urgent Care Center. They are rockstars!"

"Overall fine experience, with one issue. The receptionist, and nurses were wonderful. Doctor Regina was also okay for most of it. She was through on her exam. The only thing that threw me for a small concern was at the end , I mentioned that I struggle with pills as I have a gag reflex, and I simply asked her to send it over as a liquid. (Not strange request, I’ve asked before at another location and they always do it without a problem) She went ahead and said “I guess I can, are you sure you can’t take a pill, you’re making my job hard today” I just feel as if she became annoyed at the end of the process due to this request, even though we were like the only patient. She also left a mess of the room. I overheard her on the phone with the pharmacist saying “due to his weight, idk how much amoxicillin to prescribe” which also concerns me that they didn’t get the right dosage. Otherwise the appointment was quick, I would definitely work on wording things to patients though, as you don’t know what others deal with in life. Personally , I’ve tried out the new location and still would prefer to go to Urgent Care in E. Amherst for the best service. Thank you!"
