"Very hard the get ahold of, calls go to an answering machine. They did not return my original call and I had to call back a week later. The day of the appointment I called because I got the time mixed up and would be 10 minutes late. I wanted to keep the appointment and just use whatever time I had left. They were very rude to me on the phone, so I just cancelled. For a “customer service” based business, Hands on Healing falls short."
