"First of all how is this disgusting and disgraceful place have five stars. My sister in law has been going here for 6 months now and she’s been either forgotten about nor does anyone pay attention to her. There has been numerous occasions where the staff is short and unable to take her to use the restroom, this is very poor. If anyone takes anyone here, please, PLEASE take them somewhere else that they’re cared for properly."
