"The front desk associates were very kind texting me from my car when a room was ready, as waited there having tested positive for COVID twice two days prior. The nurse aid was excellent; he took my vitals, reviewed my Rx list, took another COVID test, and advised how long it would take. After the 15 minutes passed the PA advised the test was again positive. She decided not to prescribe Plaxovid due to not knowing my health history, and referred me to my GP the following work day. Though I understood her decision I was unhappy as I have a compromised immune system and did not want to wait another day for treatment as a relapse of my condition is very possible each day without treatment. I did receive treatment from my provider the next day. In retrospect, I should have perhaps brought my most recent blood test results to help the WellNow provider make a more informed decision, however, I was ill and not thinking clearly. I could have always stopped the treatment if need be. It was unfortunate I never got a call back from the on call Dr. in my GP’s office, though I am sure there must have been a reason for that too?"

"I came with a simple complaint which needed only antibiotics. The waiting room and exam room are clean and modern. Check-in was easy and my wait time short. (I had made an appointment online.) The assistant was competent. I had a bit of a wait before seeing the doctor. He was thorough and I was done in a short time. The prescription was sent to my pharmacy and ready by the I arrived."
