"I have seen Brenna for 2 years. She assured me she could help me. She canceled multiple time moving my appts out another 3 months. Yesterday her sect. called to tell me I need to go to a specialist in Rochester. Brenna didn't have the courtesy to call me and explain why she can't see me any more. This is very unprofessional.
