"First Appointment, talked to the PA, he scheduled me for a Colonoscopy. The day of surgery I get into the operating room and this person comes in during my prep. I asked the nurse who it was she said that’s the doctor. I said no way, I’ve never seen him before. Surgery continues. I get a call from the hospital saying they are booking another procedure for me. I said what’s it for? I didn’t know anything about it. I received no paperwork from any of the biopsies or anything they saw while doing the tests they did. I finally went into the office and asked some questions and told them my concerns. I got some questions answered and then was scheduled to see a Surgeon for what was on the Colonoscopy. Ok so what was it that they saw? I knew nothing about another procedure. The communication between the office and the patient is sorely lacking. An appointment, a call, a letter, something that explains everything you did, saw and the biopsies while you were doing surgery."

"Honestly the place is a joke and so are the doctors that are there. I hate to post such a bad review but after going to Dr Ajay Goel in Rome and having a terrible experience there it's sad to say that I'm having another terrible experience at this Oneida GI. This place is not recommended since you get pushed around constantly and they can never get you in for an appointment. I have been having continuous problems and this is the first doctor to tell me he has no idea what is going on. Very unprofessional and just terrible."
