"Absolutely horrible! After a year or more of being away from them I finally found a good group of drs. I was diagnosed with LUPUS and when I went to Bassett they kept blaming my joint pain and stiffness on my metformin and anxiety. NEVER bothered to test for an ANA. Wasn't until I went to the ER that they ended up referring me to rhumotolgist. Don't go there!"

"To be honest, I hate this place. This is the one doctor I refuse to visit every year because I cannot stand them. I’ve tried finding another doctor, but they’re never taking new patients anywhere especially with Covid. I made an appointment for a doctor’s note and was guilt tripped into trying medication that I absolutely did not want. When I called days later to let them know I didn’t want to take it anymore they said something like, “well if that’s what you have to do.” Seemingly trying to make me feel guilty again. You go in there and just talk to a nurse practitioner (not even a doctor) for less than 5 minutes and get slapped with a $200 bill when they barely did anything. I do not plan on going back."

"make appointments for test but don't tell you, called requesting allergy refills month later asking again. Last straw having trouble with snoring, I was under the assumption you could talk to your doctor about it. Boy was I wrong. You know how you put your hand over mouth to hold back laugh? That's what I got . Told her did not think it was funny. she stopped and I left. i sure would like a new doctor how do I request one?"

Back Country:

"Not impressed tried calling to get an appointment when I came down with the flu and pneumonia only for them to say they couldn't get me in for another day and that I would have to go to the Clinton office to the see one. They are supposed to be my primary care yet they can never seem to get me or my family in. So we end up at five star urgent care and get great service without even a call needing to be made. we just go. so far the Dr. and P.A.' have been great at getting the diagnosis right every time."
