"This office has THE WORSE office staff. The girl i talked w/, sounded from the minute she picked up the phone that she hated her job, w/ an attitude sounding as if her job wass beneath her. She would over talk me, I asked to speak w/ an office manager. This receptionist hung the phone up on me. I called back she would not answer the phone. I left a message on the machine, which I'm sure she listened to & erased it, before a office manager could hear how unprofessional she is. Simply amazing they keep ppl like this. you know they can hear them talking on the phone, the office is not a private closed door."

"If I could give this office a zero, I would. I never even got the chance to make it into the office. They cancelled and rescheduled my appointment twice. The first time, they called to advise the doctor (Doctor Sun) wasn't available. It only took 4 months just to get the apt to begin with. So they reschedule it for a month later. The day prior I get a call confirming the apt, advising me to arrive 15 minutes early, ect. Then an hour later, I get a call again stating the doctor is unavailable and needs to reschedule. Well the next opening is 2 months out.... This office doesnt care, they dont know what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and go to another doctors office."

"This is the worst medical practice I have ever experienced!! Stay away!!! The office is so unorganized. They never answer the phones, they never return phone calls!!! My son has been treated like a guinea pig!! They have prescribed 4 different inhalers without even being seen in the office. When you call and explain what is going on they just send another prescription to the pharmacy! No one cares in this office and they are so unprofessional!! Stay away!!"

"I'm really pleased with this practice so far. I didn't wait too long to be called in and after that everything was handled quickly. The N.P. whom I met with was so nice and so normal considering the doctor I had previously been seeing for my sleep apnea. Carolina Goich made me feel very comfortable and she was thorough. The building and office at Towne Center is gorgeous too. Anyway, it was a great experience and I'm happy that my primary referred me here."

"My doctor is Dr. Sun. Every time I go there it is quick, but not rushed. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. If I need a prescription between visits it's a quick phone call and they are on it immediately. They've helped me quit smoking, maintain my asthma and COPD, and all around I'm able to live my life more comfortably without being short of breath. They always offer samples of medications (many inhalers are expensive even with insurance). They also have cards all over the office with ways to save money at the pharmacy. Dr. Sun is good at his job and very easy to talk to. He's a great doctor and I'm so happy to be a patient of his."
