The Shops at Nanuet

"I like P.F. Chang's and the Regal Cinema within this mall. Only sometimes will I walk into the Apple store but will rarely leave there with anything. More window shopping and killing time till dinner & a movie. Other than those shops I can't say much about the rest because they aren't geared for someone like me or just aren't my style. I can say that the mall is well-kept and clean and not horrible to walk around on a nice day. As for the theater, it's the best one around. Always clean and we always get our regular seats. No real issues and a friendly helpful staff. Very rarely is it packed with people which I suppose doesn't bode well for the theater industry but does make for a pleasant night out with zero complications. Take the wins where I find them."

"Great selection of stores. Outdoor access to stores is definitely a benefit for shoppers (unlike big building malls), as they don't have to put up with the constant barrage of people in hallways or ear-piercing music & can stroll relaxed while looking for their respective store."

"Strip mall not really worth visiting as of late too many vacancies to make it worth your time to stop in and shop. There are maybe 1 or 2 places that I will go to their. Property owner/manager needs to drop their rates to bring in quality tenants."
