BICA showcases works by both local and internationally recognized artists, sparking critical dialogue with the city of Buffalo. As publishers of Cornelia Magazine, we bring visibility to artists, curators, and writers in Buffalo and Southern Ontario.

Our free contemporary art school provides a platform for artists, curators, researchers, and organizers to engage in weekly critiques, reading groups, and collaborative projects. Additionally, we offer grants totaling $60,000 for visual arts projects in Erie and Niagara Counties through the Generator Fund, supported by the Andy Warhol Foundation.
