"I like this practice. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating. I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room or the exam room. The labs downstairs are a plus and very efficient. My calls are returned the same day. Scripts are sent over in 24 hours or less. Kathleen remembers me very well without having to go into the computer to see what's going on."

"My family recently moved to Clifton Park, so I needed a new primary. I normally do a lot of research first, but I happened to call Ellis for a different reason. They asked if I needed a new primary care, and I said yes, so I was given an appt with Dr Palmieri. I didn't really look at their reviews until the day before, and then I was very worried. However, once I got there, it was all wonderful. The facility is lovely and clean. Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and nice. I was called quickly with results on 2 different days (as the results came in). Dr Palmieri was lovely, patient, and LISTENED to me. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is because I got confused when arriving outside, so I went through the wrong door and waited in the wrong line for a bit before being redirected. Clearer signage on the exterior of which entrance to use/park near would bump up the extra rating star"

"Horrible if you are looking for a good primary care doctor that CARES. This place is an absolute joke. No calls back, hard to schedule an appointment then you wait months for it to be canceled and rescheduled on you. Doctor seems unaware and uninterested in giver proper care or at least pretending to. The list goes on and on. Have never been to a worse location. I saw Kathleen Kondo there and would not recommend anyone to her or Ellis Primary Care for that matter. Advocate for your own health and go somewhere else."

"Ever since they moved to the new location, it has become increasingly difficult to receive services here. 1) The hours of operations on the website do not match the hours of operation of the call center. Your best bet is to call between 9-4 to get ahold of anyone. 2) Once you do get ahold of the call center, you are bounced around until you can reach the actual office. At one point of getting ahold of an actual person, while explaining the situation, she cut me off mid sentence and told me to call back later. 3) After waiting 4 days for my lab results with my symptoms progressing, I finally got through to the office and my PCP was on vacation. No big deal, she earns the right to take time off...until they told me they would "try" to get ahold of the doctor covering her and that I should go to urgent care instead....an additional $215 bill because no one was available to read my results. No one called me back that day with the lab results. I truly appreciate my PCP and she is the only reason I still go here. If she were to leave, I would change in a heartbeat."

"If you are looking for a new primary care physician, keep on looking. Unless the following experience is what you are looking for: You call to make an appointment. Booking at least 3 months out, only to have it canceled the day of the appointment. Then you book another one, only to have the same thing happen to you. You do this over and over again, till eventually you just die of whatever it is that you wanted to be seen for. You call to get your script refilled, only to be met with an operator at a call center that is guaranteed to not pass on your message. You'll be left waiting several weeks, even months for your script to be filled. Multiple re-calls will be necessary, and probably will not get results. 1 star is too high of a review, and it looks like I'm not the only one who's feeling like this. Although I used to love my doctor, I can't seem to get in to actually see her. I followed my primary care physician here when she moved from her office in Ballston Spa. Unfortunately, things went downhill fast after the transition. What was a 5 star review, has turned into 0 stars."
