"Came here for a Baer hearing test at 8am, test finished at 9:40 because my newborn was so fussy. The staff was so patient, kind, and understanding. They made it clear there was no stress in calming him down for the test (even though he needed needed to be calm and preferably asleep for it). After the test Julie(the staff member who performed the test and worked with us) gave me his results, some follow up information and answered any questions I had happily. The building staff were all very friendly, they made sure I got where I needed to be easily. Maybe it was cause I was a new face, had a newborn(in a school), or just looked lost. Even the staff that weren't assisting me assisted me with out hesitation or prompting. One desk worker even caught me going the wrong direction to my car and pointed it out to make sure I wouldn't have to walk all the way around."

"They have the best mission statement listed on the wall here and are very kind nonjudgmental and courteous. The doctors here especially Averil “Really Care” about making progress with my hearing and refer to whom is best for further assistance in my health care and hearing. I will be back. Thx for all team efforts to help me be more successful to hear clearly while I am at my professional affiliations, so which also help others in healthcare."

"Julia was kind & patient & did a great job cleaning & repairing my hearing aids & adjusted the volume great with the help of Kristine who checked to make sure everything was correct. My waiting time was short & everyone from the receptionist to specialists was kind & patient. Everyone was so great & caring that worked with my 96 yr old mother. ❤️❤️❤️"

"I am absolutely so excited to be working along with such an intelligent, hard working and passionate therapist, Abbie McCann. I can't say enough about her and the wonderful service she provides my 8 year old autistic daughter. After several years of therapy with others, working with Abbie has finally got my daughter chewing. She is progressing weekly. I honestly feel that if my daughter saw her five days a week she would be completely eating. She has such wonderful techniques and is so compassionate to my daughter and her needs.
