"When the kids are dismissed at 2:00 PM, dozens of parents double park their cars on Bedford Ave and go to pick up their kids. This causes terrible gridlock in the intersection, blocking city buses (B9) as well as emergency vehicles.This happens almost every school day. It's disgraceful!!! The horn-honking that ensues disturbs the neighborhood. The gridlock could block ambulances from getting to an emergency. I'm sure many of these parents care about no one but themselves."
