"I never leave reviews but I felt like I needed to for this experience. We were given a $100 gift certificate and we paid the other $100. First, the kitchen was packed with 18 people. The chef would start off making the dishes then ask someone to stand there and stir the pot, pick leave off basil, etc. While he moved to the next part of the meal and you're stuck there stirring or picking leaves. Basically he's cooking the food and everyone else is doing the prep. You would think for $200 they would use homemade or at least quality products. Wegmans tortallini, gnocchi, Sara Lee angel food cake and a grizzly sirloin steak. Sirloin is about the cheapest steak you can buy. The class is held in a cabinet/flooring store. The food was awful when we did eat it. If I was at a restaurant I would have sent the food back. Please save your $200 and go out to a fine dining restaurant (a couple times) and watch a cooking show on TV. You will definitely learn a lot more. This was the worst $200 we've ever spent."

"The classes are awesome and always fun, can't recommend enough if you enjoy cooking. The chefs definitely make it comfortable for everyone in my experience, they are always willing to help or...help correct sometimes. Did the sushi which was more knife skill oriented recently, picture attached."

"We were interested in an 'experience' for our Valentines Day dinner and this certainly provided a wonderful one! Being 'newbies' to cooking classes, we did not have pre-conceived notions of what to expect. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! The environment and quality of instruction was outstanding! Our Chef, Chris, was well prepared, engaging and extremely helpful. Each kitchen station had a different dish to create - ours was the smashed potatoes and arugula salad with lemon dressing. All the ingredients and utensils were provided as well as aprons along with Chris' expert direction. Others were preparing filet mignon, roasted vegetables and chocolate covered strawberries at their stations. Chris moved among the stations demonstrating techniques and providing helpful tips. During the evening, beverages were available and when the various components were all completed and served, wine was poured. We enjoyed our well crafted meal with another couple in an adjoining room. There was plenty of room for all to spread out, relax and linger. On our way out, we received the recipes to take with us. We are already planning to take our next class. It's no wonder these classes sell out fast! You will love it!"

"From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for something special!! Greeted by a fun and welcoming bearded gentleman who looked like he could whip up a dinner for the president, but it turned out it was not his class. He took the time to show each person arriving around the cool kitchen showroom by day and culinary arts center at night. inside were 4 unique kitchens in a circle with a serving table in the center. Each kitchen had different and unique counters, stoves etc. Mark kept apologizing as the time to start came and went, then we came to find out the Chris our teacher went to the emergency room. My impression of Mark (the greeter dude) was correct, he just took over (the show must go on style) and started cooking up a storm with us helping. Even though these were not his recipes he improvised, and showed new tricks and his own flair on many of the Missing Chris's items. It was awesome, because, I have to say it was the first time I've seen a chief under pressure, this guy could have cooked the whole class with a Geroge Forman Grill and a bucket of water. Anyhow, the food ended up amazing, the lessons were priceless and the value for the money was worth it. But a special "well done" to Chef Mark (and I hope Chef Chris feels better) This was the best Christmas Present from my wife, we will be back soon."
